Major Shareholder Notification

Beacon Hill Resources Plc, the AIM listed resource company, announces that it has received notification that Renaissance Partners Investments Limited, via subsidiary companies or funds managed by it, is interested in aggregate, in 121,564,103 ordinary shares of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 19.98 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, Renaissance Partners Investments Limited is interested in convertible loan notes issued by the Company on 19 July 2010 that are convertible into up to 121,806,290 Ordinary Shares and warrants convertible into 16,650,000 Ordinary Shares.
