LSR Group Reports 1H 2017 Operating Results

LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, is publishing the operating results for the first half of 2017.

1H2017 Operational Highlights

• New contract sales amounted to 257 th m2 (-30%). Value of the contracts was RUB 26bn (-32%),

• Recognitions amounted to 183 th m2 vs. completions of 182 th m2. The stock of completed apartments maintained at minimum level.

• Average selling price increased by 7% in 2Q as compared to 1Q.

• The share of mortgage sales stood at 48% across the company in 1H, reaching record high 52% in 2Q.
