LSR Group completes Yuzhnaya Akvatoriya project

LSR Group has completed construction of the last building in its comfort class project Yuzhnaya Akvatoriya in St. Petersburg. The building with the total area exceeding 99 th sqm comprises 1,019 apartments, commercial premises and an underground parking for 332 cars. As of today, 100% apartments in the building have been pre-sold.

Yuzhnaya Akvatoriya is located on bank of the Gulf of Finland between Leninsky Prospekt and Marshala Kazakova Street. The project comprises several residential quarters with pedestrian promenades, parks, sports centers and playgrounds being constructed on the land plot of 23.9 ha. Two kindergartens, for 155 children each, have been already completed on the project's territory. The location boasts great transportation access. The nearest metro station is Leninsky Prospect. Several parks are located just a short drive away in the suburbs of Strelna, Petrodvorets and Lomonosov.
