Loan Facility Agreement
OneView (AIM: ONEV), one of the retail industry's leading digital transformation software providers for in store customer service, announces that, further to the preliminary results of 4 July 2016, the Company has now signed the loan facility agreement to extend the existing loan facility to $3 million (the "Loan") and the Loan has been novated from OneView Commerce Inc. to OneView Group plc.
