Issue of options

Driver announces that, on 5 March 2009, the Company resolved to grant options in respect of 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company ("Options") under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Option Scheme.

The Options have been granted at an exercise price of 79.0p and are exercisable between 5 March 2012 and 5 March 2019.
