Issue of Second Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published a further supplementary prospectus (the "Second Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the Company's offer for subscription to raise up to £15 million, with an over-allotment facility of up to £5 million, details of which were set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 13 December 2023, as supplemented by a supplementary prospectus dated 12 March 2024.

The publication of this Second Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services and Market Act 2000 as a result of the publication of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 29 February 2024.

This Second Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
