ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK

We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 14,121 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 27.09.2013, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,88,53,528 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 46,91,89,786 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. Further, please note that the Bank had also allotted equity shares under ESOP Scheme of the Bank in month of July, August and September, 2013, as under:
