New World Oil and Gas Plc ('New World' or the 'Company')
Issue of Equity
New World today announces the issue of 525,000 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") at 5p per Share in settlement of professional fees.
Application has been made for the Shares, which will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and Admission is expected on or around 3 June 2011.
