Issue of Shares
Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 500,000 warrants at £0.15 per share. Aggregate funds of £75,000 have been received by the Company.
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on 26 July 2012. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares. Following admission there will be 287,209,263 ordinary shares in issue.
