Premier Management Holdings PLC04 February 2008 Premier Management Holdings plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The directors announce that at a board meeting held on 1 February 2008, a totalof 2,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each, representing approximately 1.9 percent. of the enlarged issue share capital of the Company following theconversion, were allotted to Chiddingfold Investment Limited following thereceipt of a Conversion Notice for convertible loan notes with a value of£10,000. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the newordinary shares to trading on AIM with admission expected to occur as soon as itis reasonably practicable.
