Berkeley Resources Limited ("Berkeley" or "the Company") advises that it has today issued 500,000 shares, following the exercise of the unlisted options, at an exercise price of A$1.00 each. An application to AIM to list the new shares has been made, and the Company expects dealing of the new shares to commence on 13 August 2010.
