Issue of Equity
appScatter Group plc (AIM: APPS), the scalable business-to-business ('B2B') Software as a Service ('SaaS') platform that allows users to distribute and manage their apps on multiple app stores around the world, announces the completion of a fundraise (the "Fundraise") by way of subscriptions to raise gross proceeds of approximately £3.07 million through the issue of a total of 4,392,319 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an issue price of 70 pence per new Ordinary Share (the "Subscription Price").
The Subscription Price represents a premium of 20.7% to the closing mid-market price per Ordinary Share on 20 June 2018 of 58 pence per Ordinary Share.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 27 June 2018.
The net proceeds of the Fundraise of approximately £2.84 million will be applied towards the Company's general corporate and working capital requirements.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the new Ordinary shares the Company will have 67,570,461 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The figure of 67,570,461 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator in the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
