Issue of Equity

Stadium Group PLC announces that at a board meeting held on 3 March 2010 it approved the allotment of 235,100 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence each in order to satisfy an exercise of options under the Executive Share Option Scheme. The Ordinary Shares were exercised on 18 March 2010.

Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admission of the 235,100 new Ordinary Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

As a result of this transaction the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will consist of 29,062,298 Ordinary Shares.
