ISSUE OF SHARES
EMED Mining Public Limited ("EMED Mining" or "the Company") wishes to announce that it has issued a total 979,946 new ordinary shares in the Company to Resource Capital Fund IV L.P. and RMB Australia Holdings Limited as payment of interest and commitment fees in relation to the convertible note agreement they have with EMED Mining.
Following the issue of these shares, EMED Mining will have a total of 425,934,013 ordinary shares on issue. The significant shareholders in the share capital of the Company, as far as the Company is aware, are as follows:

The undiluted shareholding % represents simply the number of issued ordinary shares held divided by the total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company that are currently on issue.
The fully diluted shareholding % represents the number of ordinary shares that would be held after conversion of all convertible securities in the Company divided by the total number of ordinary shares in the Company that would be on issue should all convertible securities in the Company be converted.
