Issue of Equity
The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that on 8 February 2017 it allotted and issued 9,149,078 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price range of between 163.9p and 169.1p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 19 January 2017.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 15 February 2017.
The Directors are pleased to announce that the Offer has been fully subscribed and it is now closed.
Following this allotment, the Company now has 100,958,655 Ordinary Shares in issue.
