European Motor Hldgs PLC01 June 2006 European Motor Holdings plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company announces that on 1 June 2006 it issued and allotted 25,000 ordinaryshares of 40 pence each in the Company as a result of the exercise of optionsunder the Company's 2001 Non Approved Share Option Scheme. As a result of thisexercise there are currently 54,722,088 ordinary shares in issue. Applicationwill be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admission of the newordinary shares to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
