Quadnetics Group PLC13 January 2006 Quadnetics Group PLC (the "Company") 13 January 2006 Share Allotment At a Board meeting held on 13 January 2006 a further 5,376 New Quadnetics Shareswere allotted to holders of Protec Shares who had validly accepted the offer forProtec, in respect of valid acceptances received up to 1pm on 11 January 2006. In addition 4,314 New Quadnetics Shares have been allotted in respect ofexisting options held by an ex-employee under the Protec Share Option Schemes. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for these New QuadneticsShares to be admitted to trading as soon as practicable.
