Issue of Shares from Treasury
The Company announces that on 14 May 2019 it issued 80,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 600.25 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
Following the issuance, there will be 38,202,663 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 3,140,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
