Issue of Shares from Treasury
The Company announces that on 17 March 2021 it issued:
· 25,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 779.50 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
· 40,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 774.30 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
Following both issuances, there will be 41,057,817 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 284,846 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
