PNC TELECOM PLC ("the Company") Issue of Equity

The Company is pleased to announce that it has placed a total of 255,000,000 new Ordinary Shares with new investors to raise a total of £76,500. The proceeds will be used to provide additional working capital for the Company.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares, which will rank, pari passu, with all existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM.
