11 June 2007 Appian Technology plc ("Appian" or the "Company") Issue of equity

The Company announces that, following the exercise of share warrants, it has issued, conditional on admission, 200,000 new ordinary shares.

Application has been made for 200,000 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 15 June 2007.
