Issue of Equity
On 06 January 2021, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 90,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each fully paid from Treasury. Following the issuance there will be 17,163,260 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 285,000 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 06 January 2021 at a price of 1680p per share.
