Issue of Equity

Energetix Group plc ("Energetix" or the "Company") announces that 16,025 Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued pursuant to contractual obligations for services provided to the Company. 

Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and for trading to commence at 8.00 a.m. on the 10 June 2009.

The total number of Energetix Ordinary Shares in issue following the above issue will be 55,138,983.
