The Board of NWIG today announces the placing of 100,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each at a price of 40 pence per share. These shares have been issued to market makers. 

Following admission of the above shares, expected to be on 07 December 2010, the Company will have 13,400,000 Ordinary Shares in issue.
