Gold Oil PLC02 July 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 2 July 2007 GOLD OIL PLC ("Gold Oil" or the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company has been advised that a Notice of Exercise of Warrants for 200,000ordinary shares of 0.025p was received on 29 June 2007, and that a Notice ofExercise of Warrants for 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.025p was received on 30June 2007 and has accordingly issued 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.025p. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinaryshares, which will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares, to beadmitted to trading on AIM.
