Northern Venture Trust PLC06 April 2006 Northern Venture Trust PLC ("The Company") Issue of C Shares The Company announces that on 5 April 2006 it issued and allotted to 348subscribers 4,766,005 C Shares of 75p each under the 2005/06 Offer forSubscription. The new C Shares were issued at a price of 100p per share. Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for theseshares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and totrading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
