Corac Group Plc02 September 2005 Corac Group plc ("Corac") The Board of Corac announces that, on 2 September 2005, it approved the issueand allotment of 6,451 (0.01%) new ordinary shares in Corac. This follows anexercise of 6,451 share options at an exercise price of 10 pence per share.These shares will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares.Application has been made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading onthe Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings areexpected to commence on 8 September 2005.
