OMG PLC24 June 2005 OMG plc ("OMG" or "the Company") Exercise of Options OMG was notified on 24 June 2005, that on the same day two employees and anex-employee of the Company exercised options over 99,999 ordinary shares of 0.25pence each in the Company under the OMG Plc 2003 Enterprise Management IncentiveScheme. The exercise price was 6.5 pence per share.
