Glen Group PLC24 October 2005 Glen Group plc Issue of Equity The Board of Glen Group plc ("Glen" or the "Company") announces that it hasraised today a further £250,000, before costs, by the issue of 10,000,000 newordinary shares of 1 penny each issued at 2.50 pence per share. These newordinary shares represent 14.29% of the enlarged share capital of the Company.The new ordinary shares have been placed with clients of Seymour Pierce EllisLimited, our brokers, and application has been made for the new shares to beadmitted to AIM with dealings expected to commence on 27th October 2005. The newordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. The netproceeds will be used as additional working capital.
