ISSUE OF SHARES
TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Further to the Company's final results announcement on 27 April 2018, Phoenix Spree Deutschland (LSE: PSDL.LN) has today issued 8,260,065 new ordinary shares in satisfaction of a performance fee due to its Property Advisor, PMM Partners for the three years ended 31 December 2017. The new shares have been admitted to trading on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital consists of 100,751,409 ordinary shares with voting rights and there are no shares held in treasury. Accordingly, this figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
