Northern 3 VCT PLC04 April 2005 Northern 3 VCT PLC ("The Company") Issue of Shares The Company announces that on 4 April 2005 it issued and allotted to 227subscribers an additional 2,673,510 ordinary shares of 5p each representingapproximately 8.88 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Companywhich now consists of 30,098,381 ordinary shares. The new shares were issuedat a price of 99p per share. Application will be made at the earliestpracticable opportunity for these shares, which will rank pari passu withexisting ordinary shares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK ListingAuthority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listedsecurities.
