Investment update regarding Silo F and K

Further to the investment update on 1 August 2013, Hypotheken Bank has agreed to a further extension of the existing standstill agreement to 16 September 2013, as we continue to work towards the implementation of a restructuring agreement for Silo F and K.

Treveria expects to provide a further update on negotiations shortly.
