Gordian, which will trade under the ticker symbol GOR, is a newly formed companyestablished to capitalise on acquisition and investment opportunities in thetechnology, media and telecoms sector. Blue Star invested £275,000 in Gordian, in return for 24.4 per cent of thecompany's shares.
