Investigation by OFGEM: Update
We announced on 3 June 2015 that OFGEM requested information from the Company concerning a competition law investigation. The Company notes OFGEM's decision issued today to close this investigation.
The Company welcomes OFGEM's statement re-iterating the important role which price comparison websites have to play in ensuring that energy markets function well for consumers.
