This Interim Management Statement ("IMS") of Hidong Estate PLC ("the Company") relates to the period from 1 October 2012 up to the date of the publication of this IMS ("the period").

There have been no material events and transactions during the period. There have been no significant changes in the financial position or financial performance of the Company since the publication of the half-yearly financial report for the period ended 30 September 2012.
