The Board of Directors at its One Hundred and Thirty-Ninth meeting held on 29th August 2014 resolved:
"THAT an interim dividend of MK420 million representing MK3.50 per share for the year 2014, be paid on Friday 24th October 2014 to shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 19th September 2014."
