Interim Distribution Announcement

AURORA RUSSIA LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) (THE "COMPANY") Interim distribution announcement At an extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 9 March 2016,shareholders passed resolutions to wind-up the Company and appointed AshleyPaxton and Linda Johnson of KPMG Channel Islands Limited as joint liquidators(the "Liquidators"). Further to the Company's circular dated 8 February 2016, the Liquidatorsannounce the following interim distribution (the "Interim Distribution"): GBP 0.11858 per Sterling share issued The Interim Distribution will be effected pro rata to the holdings of Sterlingshares on the register at the close of business on 8 March 2016 (the "RecordDate"). The Interim Distribution will be paid by CREST on 16 March 2016. Whereinvestors are not CREST registered, this payment will be by way of Sterlingcheques drawn upon a UK clearing bank posted to the Shareholder's registeredaddress as at the Record Date.
