EcoSecurities Group plc11 June 2007 11th June 2007 EcoSecurities Group PLC Interest In Shares EcoSecurities announces that it was informed on 8 June 2007 that on 30 April2007 Jesse Fink transferred the registered ownership of his shareholding in theCompany to Goldman Sachs & Co., who are acting as his custodian.
