Crawshaw Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: CRAW), announces that on 14 November 2012 it received notification that, following the disposal of 1,600,155 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 November 2012, Schroders plc now has an indirect interest, represented by shares held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients of Schroder Investment Management Limited, in 8,139,043 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.077% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
