Holding in Company

The Company was notified today that as at 29 May 2009 Spearpoint Limited ("Spearpoint"), through its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, holds 4,612,821 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 23.79% of the shares in issue with voting rights attached. Of these, 1,780,321 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.18% of the issued share capital, are held on behalf of customers of Spearpoint on a discretionary managed basis.

In addition, Spearpoint has a discretionary mandate over a further 925,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.77% of the issued share capital, which are not registered in Secure Nominees Limited.
