Transfer of Shares by Significant Shareholder

PureCircle Limited ("PCL") directors, Mr Magomet Malsagov and Mr Aslan Tomov have restructured the manner in which they hold their interests in PCL shares. This has occurred through PCL shareholder Asian Investment Partners Ltd ("AIP") transferring 14,670,319 PCL shares to Mr Malsagov and 4,401,096 PCL shares to Mr Tomov.

As a consequence of the transfer AIP's interest in PCL shares has reduced to 9,155,652, being 7.0% of the PCL issued share capital.
