NTS was advised on 24 June 2008 that, following a disposal of shares, Hazell Carr Edwards FURB now holds a total of 15,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 3.12 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

On the same date, NTS was advised that the CP Fairweather and MS Duval holding has increased to 66,515,183 ordinary shares, which represents 13.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
