The Company has today received a notification from BlueGold Capital Management LLP stating that, as at 14th June 2011, BlueGold Capital Management LLP exercised voting rights over 110,600,397 ordinary shares which represents 4.68% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,369,105,049ordinary shares.
