("FEC") had a notifiable interest in 8,800,200ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 30.65% of the issuedshare capital of the Company. This represents the entire holding of FEC in the issued share capital of theCompany. On 25 April 2007 the Company announced that FEC had a notifiable interest in8,976,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 31.43% of theissued share capital of the Company.
