Notifiable Interest

The Board of Forum announces that it received notification on 19 August 2008 that on 18 August 2008 following the  disposal of shares in Forum, Deutsche Bank AG now has a holding below 3% of the issued share capital of the Company. Deutsche Bank AG no longer has a notifiable interest in ordinary shares of the Company. 

The Board of Forum also announces that it received notification on 19 August 2008 that on 18 August 2008 following the disposal of shares in Forum, Morgan Stanley (Institutional Securities Group and Global Wealth Management) now has a holding below 3% of the issued share capital of the Company. Morgan Stanley no longer has a notifiable interest in ordinary shares of the Company.
