The Company was notified yesterday in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that Mr Mark Clare beneficially holds 675,500 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in Bidtimes, equivalent to 3.87 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
