The Board of MMX announces that it was informed on 10 June by Frederick Krueger that following the disposal of 10,750,000 ordinary shares, Frederick Krueger is now interested in 89,231,604 ordinary shares representing approximately 10.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
