(formerly Mach Capital Limited Partnership) is interested in 1,123,595ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 5.33 per cent. ofthe Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. The Company was also informed on 2 May 2007 that as a result of transactions on30 April 2007, Invision III Limited Partnership (formerly Mach II LimitedPartnership) is interested in 2,059,005 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.77 percent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
