The Company was notified on 5 October 2011 that Aldersgate Investment Managers LLP ("Aldersgate") has increased its holding in ZincOx. Aldersgate now holds the total voting rights attaching to 4,734,330 ordinary shares, representing 6.0805% of the total voting rights of the Company.
