The Company was notified on 16 November 2007 that on 13 November 2007 Barclays PLC has purchased 800,180 ordinary shares, equivalent to 5.02 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Silentpoint. This holding represents Barclays PLC's total shareholding in Silentpoint.
